We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Schwadroniererin to join our team and contribute to our mission.

As a Schwadroniererin, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
• Encouraging and fostering independence and self-confidence in those you work with.
• Collaborating with team members to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records as required.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the individuals you support.
