As a Test Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for our systems and processes.
• Coordinate and manage testing activities across various teams and projects.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software and operational workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and outcomes.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience in the retail or floral industry is an advantage but not required.
