• Identify and research potential locations for various projects, ensuring they meet creative and logistical requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative teams, and clients to understand location needs and preferences.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate suitability, accessibility, and compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and location managers.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of locations, including detailed descriptions, photographs, and contact information.
• Stay updated on local regulations, permits, and restrictions related to location usage.
• Provide on-site support during project execution to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in location scouting, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and its diverse locations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using location scouting tools and software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland.
