As a Braumeister at H. Licht, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the entire brewing process, from raw material selection to final product packaging.
• Developing and refining beer recipes to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
• Managing and maintaining brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Monitoring fermentation processes and conducting quality control checks.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet production schedules and targets.
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss brewing regulations and industry standards.
• Training and mentoring junior brewing staff to foster a culture of excellence.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Formal education in brewing science or a related field (e.g., Brewmaster certification).
• Proven experience in a professional brewing environment.
• Strong knowledge of brewing processes, ingredients, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in German; knowledge of French or English is an advantage.
