 As a Bäckermeister at H. Licht, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily production of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Developing new recipes and improving existing ones to meet customer preferences.
• Managing and training a team of bakers and apprentices.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the bakery.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for raw materials.
• Collaborating with the management team to plan seasonal and promotional offerings.
• Use flour and dough and soft tofu

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Certified Bäckermeister or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in German; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
