• Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including manual and automated testing.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance QA processes.

• Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Swiss market and its quality standards is an advantage.
